Prepositions of place and movement:
. go + to = He goes to work
. AT + work, home, school, university
. IN + other places: flat, a room, an office, etc.

With public places you can use AT or IN:
Examples: We meet at the restaurant (in front ot it) / We meet in the restaurant (inside)

. Frequency adverbs: ALWAYS - USUALLY - OFTEN - SOMETIMES - HARDLY EVER- NEVER
They go before the "verb to be": He always goes to the swimming pool at three o'clock.
They go after the "verb to be": He is always late.

. Time adverbs: once a week / twice a week / three times a week, etc. / every day
They go at the end of the end of the sentence: He goest to the swimming pool twice a week.
